What to include
- Restaurant name and street address.
- Date and time of your visit or order.
- What you saw or what happened, such as pests, unclean conditions or illness.
- Photos, if you have them.
What happens next
Complaints can lead to an inspection. If one happens, the results show up in the city inspection data, and on that restaurant page here, within days.
