All restaurant inspection data is sourced directly from the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene via the NYC Open Data portal.
How to read totals: Cumulative scores and total violations can be misleading on their own. Places that have been open longer may appear to have more issues simply because they have more inspections over time.
